Our Review Policy
Reviews on this page are from verified purchasers only. We collect reviews via a WooCommerce automated post-purchase email sent 14 days after confirmed delivery. The 14-day window gives customers time to wear or assess the garment before writing a review.
We do not offer discounts, store credits, or any other incentive for leaving a review. We do not delete negative reviews. Once submitted, reviews are checked for spam and profanity only — no content moderation for sentiment, rating, or tone. A one-star review with a legitimate purchase record will be published in full.
What each review displays: reviewer first name and last initial; date of purchase (not review submission date); product purchased by name; star rating out of five. Reviewer-submitted photos are optional and displayed if provided. Reviews are sorted by purchase date, most recent first.

If you have received an order from Luxe Trend Boutique, you will receive a review request email 14 days after your delivery is confirmed. That email contains a direct link to the review form for your specific product.

Reviews submitted without a linked verified purchase will not be published. This applies equally to positive and negative reviews.
